Blog Tour: Try Me by Diane Alberts

So, I am very excited to be included on the blog tour for Try Me, the new contemporary romance novel from the amazing Diane Alberts.
It's no new news how much I love Diane's books. I was so excited to read this one. And I freaking loved it. Wanna find out why? Check out the blurb.

What happens in Vegas...can lead to romance.

It took one wild night for Sergeant Jeremy Addison to realize that Vegas? Was a bad idea.

Bloody. Bruised. Dehydrated. Abandoned in the desert, and left to stagger down the road. The only way this leave could get worse was if his savior was his ex-best friend's sister...and the girl he'd loved since childhood.

The last person Erica expected to find on the roadside was her high school crush. She hadn't seen Jeremy in seven years—ever since the night he said he loved her, and she ran away. Losing him then had been a mistake, but wanting him now could be catastrophic if he discovered the secret that chased every other man from her life. But with a tall, tattooed Marine determined to prove he's always been faithful, can Erica resist his advances...or will she surrender ground and give love a try?
So you wanna read it now right?
Of course you do why wouldn't you? Hot Marine? YES PLEASE!

Check out my review here.

I'm super excited to welcome back Diane Alberts to K-Books

K-Books: Hi Diane and welcome back to K-Books.

Diane: Thanks you so much for inviting me here today! I’m so excited to get a chance to talk about the first book in the Take a Chance series, Try Me! Before we start, I want to tell everyone about a fun contest I’m having! If Try Me hits the Top 100 on Barnes and Noble—I’m giving away a signed picture of Jeremy’s abs! So don’t forget to tell all of your friends! The more people who know—the better chances you walk away with hotness! <3

Your new Contemporary title 'Try Me' is doing really well in sales right now. How excited are you to have this tale out in the world?

Oh, I’m so happy! I love Erica and Jeremy so much, and their story is so sweet. And I love books where the hero is in the military. Maybe I have a soft spot for them—I did marry a Marine—but they are just so amazing. The sacrifices that they make so we can all lay in bed and read romance books are endless. They deserve to be heroes in real life, and in our books. Jeremy fits the role perfectly!

Where did you get your inspiration from for this story?

For Jeremy, it comes from the military men I’ve known, and lost, over the years. A lot of his cockiness and self-insecurities are from the Marines I know. A lot of soldiers are just like Jeremy, and all they need is their Erica.
The story itself developed from the very first scene of the book. I pictured Jeremy walking in the hot, unforgiving desert sun and wondering…”What the heck happened to me?” From there, the rest fell into place!

Well I absolutely adored 'Try Me' and fell head over heels for Jeremy. It was fantastic. Will we see any more in the future?

The second book in the series comes out soon, and it is about Tommy! And you do get to see Jeremy and Erica in it, so get ready! It’s sure to be a fun ride. :D

I am so excited for your next book, can you give us any hints on what you're working on now and when we can expect something else from you?

Well…there’s the second Take a Chance book, Love Me, which will be out in the summer. Also, watch for Divinely Ransomed, the second book in the Divine Temptations Trilogy.
As far as what I’m writing right now, I’ll tell you this much—it’s an enemies-to-lovers book, and oh so much fun!

Thanks so much for being on K-Books today.
